How to use?

  

Step one:Open the shoe cover box,take th splint out shoe cover box.

Step two:Put the sanbag in the shoe cover box.

Step three:Open the shoe cover storage,andput the shoe cover

box in,then conntect power and push the power swith.

 

Step four:Put one foot into stance,step on.

           

 

Step five:Put out the foot.

Step six: Repeat step four, step five
